The Problem

ABC Taxis had not updated their online offering to customers in many years, resulting in a dysfunctional, broken and unappealing web presence. With the rise of the ‘internet of everything’ and competitors such as UBER we we’re challenged with bringing the brands online reputation into the 21st century.

Our Solution

After conducting some research, including competitor analysis we concluded that it was best to rebuild ABC Taxis website from the ground up! The new website is to provide multiple pages with content targeted specifically at individual customer groups. There has been a keen focus on the user interface / experience whilst building the website without neglecting the purpose of it. New online booking and payments systems which did not feature on the previous website have made the experience of booking, tracking and paying for an ABC Taxi simple for the general public and corporate account holders alike. With the popularity and influence of social media growing exponentially the website has been fully integrated with all major social media platforms, with the aim of providing a seamless user experience.
